These terms govern the use of the https://ascarihome.com website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.
1. Seller Ascari Home, registered office at 108 Marylebone Lane, London, W1U 2QE, email: support@ascarihome.com.
2. Products Ascari Home sells curated homeware sourced from European ateliers. Many pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, finish and dimensions are part of their character, not defects. Photos are illustrative.
3. Prices All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT for EU consumers. Shipping costs, where due, are shown in the basket before checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the moment of confirmation.
4. Ordering By clicking "Complete order" you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, manifest pricing errors or delivery restrictions.
5. Payment We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by certified providers (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

7. Right of withdrawal and returns EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
8. Legal warranty Products carry the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years for consumers, under EU Directive 2019/771. Manufacturing defects entitle you to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
9. Liability We are not liable for misuse of the products, damage from inadequate care, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, courier strikes, customs delays).
10. Intellectual property All content (images, texts, logo, design) is owned by Ascari Home or used under licence. Reproduction without written authorisation is forbidden.
11. Applicable law and disputes These terms are governed by the law of [country of incorporation]. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protection of their country of residence. Disputes can be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
