What is your exchange and return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange or return. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. For manufacturing defects, Ascari Home covers return shipping at no cost. For change of mind or other reasons, the customer covers the return shipping.
How do I care for the pieces day to day?
Each piece comes with specific care instructions inside its packaging. As a general rule: ceramics and glass can be machine washed on a delicate cycle; natural fibre objects (wicker, straw, rattan) need only a damp cloth; fabrics like linen and cotton soften and gain character with use. If in doubt, get in touch. Our support is human, via WhatsApp and email.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery takes 2-7 working days across Europe, counted from payment confirmation. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking code by email and can follow everything on the "My orders" page.
Where are Ascari Home pieces made?
We work with small European ateliers and selected partners across Italy, Portugal and beyond. Every piece in the catalogue passes through our curation before reaching you, prioritising natural materials, handcrafted finish and suppliers who respect their makers. The specific origin is indicated on each product page.
How does shipping work?
Free shipping on orders over €100, across Europe. For orders below that value, shipping is calculated automatically in the basket based on your postcode, parcel weight and selected carrier. The cost is shown before checkout, with no surprises.
