Refund policy

This policy follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and gives you the right of withdrawal of 14 days, on top of the 2 year legal warranty of conformity.

1. Right of withdrawal. 14 days You have 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the last item of the order to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email support@ascarihome.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form available [here].

2. Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Hygiene items (bedding, towels) cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened.
  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned (legal exclusion).

3. Who pays the return shipping?

  • Manufacturing defect or wrong item received: Ascari Home covers the return shipping. We arrange the pickup.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: the customer covers the return shipping.

4. Refund After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used. The refund includes the value of the item and the original standard shipping, if applicable. We may delay the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment.

5. Legal warranty (2 years) If a product shows a manufacturing defect within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Write to support@ascarihome.com with photos and a brief description.

6. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the original item under the 14 day right of withdrawal and place a new order.
