We ship across the European Union with carefully selected couriers, so every piece arrives just as it left our warehouse.
Where we ship All EU member states. For destinations outside the EU, please email support@ascarihome.com before ordering. We'll provide a custom quote.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €100 within the EU.
- For orders below €100, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode, parcel weight and selected carrier.
Delivery times

Times are counted from payment confirmation. Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) on a working day, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next working day.
Tracking As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking code. You can also follow it on the "My orders" page.
Customs and duties Orders within the EU have no additional customs duties.
Lost or damaged parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, write to support@ascarihome.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Wrong address Please double-check your address before confirming the order. Returns due to wrong addresses are at the customer's expense.
